Data deletion

If you have enquired about an event or trip, held a consultation with us, booked our services, or interacted with us on Facebook or Instagram, you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

To make a request, email info@elatedmomentsgh.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or message us on WhatsApp at +233 20 674 8385. Please use the same email address or phone number you shared with us, so we can confirm the request is really from you.

When we confirm your request, we remove:

• Your enquiry details — the information you sent through our quote, trip-planner and contact forms.
• Consultation records — your meeting question answers, meeting notes and related details.
• Your contact details from our messaging records, including social-media comment and message records linked to you.
• Any other personal details you shared with us that we are not required to keep.

Some records cannot be deleted straight away. Where you have a signed service agreement or have made payments, we must keep the agreement, payment and receipt records needed for our financial and legal obligations. These records are kept securely and are not used for any other purpose.

If anything must be kept, we will tell you exactly what and why when we confirm your request.

We confirm your request within 7 days of receiving it, and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need anything further from you — for example, to confirm your identity — we will let you know.

Deletion also covers the services we use to operate, such as our email delivery provider and meeting tools, where those services hold a copy of your information.
